Ryobi 924 Plate change

Afternoon guys, Our Ryobi 924 is giving an issue on the last unit. It does not complete the plate change cycle, although the plate is in, the green indicator light does not come on, signaling that the plate is changed. Any idea what could cause this?

Hello, good morning, it is possible that the cell on the motor side in the plate cylinder gear is not correctly detected. This fault can be removed by entering a code in the machine's software.

Have you tried turning up the airpressur?

If plate already in and fix mounted well, maybe problem at quick tension valve sensor
