Ryobi 3200 going on and off impression

My 3200 when running wide open starts going in and out of impression, slower speeds are fine, its got to be a minor adjustment, any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Adjust your impression linkage needs to be tightened a bit so that it doesn't catch during high speeds
