Roland 706 SPS-INIT Error NO 31

I have roland 706, I installed a new motherboard as my old motherboard was not showing the display. After installing the new motherboard we are having error no 31 in the screen. How to solve this. Please guide .

Are the communication ports installed (configured) correctly?
