-First line"SWR: Center axis not in reverse printing position."
-Second line "SPS: Perfecting module is not in home position"

ALL machines manufactured at MAN factories have built-in German language. This language is the easiest to diagnose problems with. All translations, even in English, are wrong sometimes. Switch the machine to German and shoot.
If there is no serious mechanical problem, you should inspect and/or replace valve Y72 and Y73. If the central shaft is in the end position, check sensors B044 and B043 on the pneumatic cylinder.
