Problem with Workcenter 7765

Hello, good day. I hope this message finds you well. I'm experiencing an issue with my Xerox WorkCentre 7755 – it's printing with blank sections. I've attached photos for better understanding. As you can see in the images, some parts come out perfectly, while others are blank, but they are always different parts, not the same. Despite changing the 2nd BTR roller, some fuser parts, and cleaning the IBT filter, the problem persists across all colors. Your advice on identifying and resolving this issue would be very helpful for me and will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
