DC3535 misaligned colors problem

Hi everyone
I have an old docucolor 3535 that I only use for making some photocopies and for printing invoices and documents.
But after a total reset cyan, magenta and yellow are always misaligned and therefore I am only printing in black.
Can anyone give me some guidance on how and where I should act to realign the colors?
