My first post here, so hopefully this works. I have been very happy with my WorkCentre 6015NI for the last 13 years, definitely the best printer I've ever owned, it's never given me a problem, until yesterday.
I printed a single Avery address label from a sheet that had already been started, I'd done this before with no problem. However, this time the 4mm+/- strip that lies between to 2 columns of stickers decided to tear off and get messed up in the rollers and it appears to be on the drum too.
In the attached image the distinct shape of this piece of adhesive backed label paper can be seen, as well as the smearing that's being cause. How can I access this and clean it off?
