problem scan engine xerox 7775

hi, I have an issue with the Xerox 7775 printer and its scanner. I've tried to install the firmware update, but it shows an error related to the 'scan engine.' I don't know where to find assistance or what to do about it. I've searched online, but there's very little information, and I haven't found a solution.
