Powder problem

Hello

We have problem on our Heidelberg SM 102-8, 2012 made with Weko AP500 powder system

During run mashine stop and write error : pressure condensing it is low

We checked compressor and is OK.

Where is problem

You say "compressor ok"...does that mean volume of blast air is enough to satisfy pressure sensing switch?!is it a carbon vane compressor? Is it possible you need to replace the vanes...and. Lear the system of carbon dust? If all that is ok, you may have a faulty pressure switch.

Maybe is somewhere burst tube ?

Compresor was remanufactured 1 month ago and It shows good pressure.

Have you jumped out the pressure sensor? Meaning put a wire across terminals.

Hi,
There is no chance to jump out sensor on WEKO devices, unlike Grafix, the pressure sensor is located is ideal the black box.
As Junker explained, check vanes and if they are still in good condition, you need to check blast air value in the parameters list.

Ooooops! Thank you for the clarification, Matthew. I assumed there was a means to get past the switch externally.good to know, though we seldom see WEKO sprayers here.
