PROBLEM WITH Q36 CONTACTOR OF POWDER SPRAY in 72v cp tronic

When we us powder spray the machine runs for 108 sheets and the Q36 contactor switch trips off.and there is no impresion , can any one let me help spot out the problem.
Also, when the powder spray is swithced off from cptronic the machine works fine but there is no spray powder.

Grafix or Weko? Check Grafix carbon vane pump or Weko blower.

Hello,
Probably the vanes inside the compressor of Powder device are broken. You need to maintain the compressor.
