Error 811is to do with the frequency convertor for the back gauge. Check the motor is okay and check that the backgauge itself is not tight also check the supply to the invertor
Have you checked what I suggested. I am in the field at the moment I don't have access to the information at this time. I can try to help from knowledge. First you need to check the backgauge motor and backgauge to make sure it is not tight and needs lubrication
motor is working
we use the polar 78 es mohr in manual cut the paper
i think the problems is in the electric panel or control panel that control to make the polar move automatic mode
need to show me how to fix the problem step by step plz now we work hard in manual mode and we take to much time plz help us soon to fix it plz

I have also the same problem, but Backgauge is fine and the Motor . There is an error light showing in the Lenze drive. any equivalent drive available. pl help me friends
