polar mohr 76 em error 86

Hello,

I have a problem with my Polar 76.
The problem appears after a few cuts, sometimes after several dozen cuts.
Sometimes right after turning on the guillotine.

The problem looks like this:
I press the foot pedal.
I press both knife switches.
The machine is louder, but the knife does not want to lower - it does not cut.
I release the pedal, but the pressure of the paper does not increase all the way.
It only goes up when you press the pedal a second time.

There's nothing I can do at this point.
No error appears on the display.
Only when I turn off the machine - 86- lights up on the display for a moment.

The problem disappears only after several hours of not using the guillotine, and sometimes only the next day.

Can anyone help me?

You have problem with Safety bolt(solenoid)

1) Measure the +42Vdc to solenoid.plug CU 9.2

2)Check HK Leds V 14 +v18 one of this must be LIT.

3)Exchange card HK,

4) However measure if you have +42Vdc in the cluthc, look, for brush, dirty, or worn, or loose cable, and if the Gap between clucht and brake is out of tolerance, adjust.

5) Look for the LEDs in IAR; Normal condition.
V1 OFF cut buttons
v3 ON safety bolt Not activated
V19 OFF +24 VDC CU. T2 clamping transformer
V23 OFF +24Vdc CU.T1 CUT transformer

None of these LEDs are lit before pressing the cutting buttons.

When I press the cut buttons all red LEDs light up - from V14 to V18.
The knife, however, does not go down (does not cut).
When I release the cut buttons, only the V16 LED is on.

I wonder why (if the card is damaged) the cutter sometimes cuts normally and sometimes it does not cut?
For example, today - 9 cuts and then it does not cut.
Normally, the knife comes off after about 1 second after pressing the button.
Today at the 8th cut I had to wait about 3 seconds, and at the 9th cut 4-5 seconds.

 

Try to reheating all the electronic board.

Review the cut buttons( switchs)+ connectors, wires, x bend , open , or looses or Cut button faulty!

The buttons rather work, because when they are pressed, the clamp presses the paper harder - only the knife does not cut.
