Polar Mohr 92EM Error Code 85

Today we changed the blade of our Polar Mohr 92EM. After setting up the blades. We cut the paper and after sometimes when we going to make the first cut the blade stops before cutting and then we get error code 85. It happened first time only.

Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi sir;

Please first test and adjust the limit switch S22a+ S22b, and if work is o.k, remember the KNIFE will be in the most higher Position !!!

see if the limit switch are in good condition contacts, clean it, tight very well the wires, and clean for oxide. otherwise, replace it !!! the air gap between plunger of limit switch and gear plastic is 0.1mms aprox.

However after adjust the limit switch, is NOT working, and give the same problem the test for electronic Board HK and IAR , will next Step, with the indication LEDs.

Everything is fine but 1 transistor was damaged in HK card. I replaced it now works perfectly.
