What is the proper thickness of plate to run on the 226II Sprint? Also what would the packing be for that plate? We are currently running a 12 mil plate but have been told that we should be running and 8 ml. We are having some issues with premature wearing on image on plate and are trying to isolate the problem. Thanks

If you look at the opside of the unit 2 cover you will see a cylinder arrangement diagram this will give you your plate undercut. You should be packed .1mm or .004" over bearer.Does this press have Semi Apc Plate changers.

I think you mean thou not ml (unless ml means something else). But kmoimt is right, there should be a id plate at the op side of the press that shows the info.
