Komori Semi Automatic Plate change

We have bought a Komori GS 228P with Komori Semi Automatic Plate change. Can anyone advise if this is the same as the standard SAPC? I haven't been able to find manual to describe. Is it the same, better? or worse?

See if the mechanism is Mechanical, vs use Pneumatic piston version
