Muller Martini 3210 Sewing

Hi all, I have a unit of Muller Martini 3210 but the delivery is without the controller of jigsaw. So sometimes it will cause get tie and not able to get clean cut according to number of signature. Anyone know how to overcome this issue? Thanks.

@KhorWK , I will assume that it is necessary to loosen the overall tension of all threads, reduce the insertion of the supporting knives to 0.5 mm. if there is a groove in the crimping bar (holding the sewn notebook after the rocking table is removed), put a polyurethane/rubber cord into it.

1) Do you mean to lower down the knives to 0.5mm?
2) My machine is like this as attached photo, do you mean to put a stick of polyurethane/rubber cord at the both left & right crimping bar?
