Hey all my muller martini bravo was having an unusual error with one of the feeder kept showing a machine fault on a feeder I wasn't using and it wouldn't let me do anything. I turned it off and back on and it had a boot up error i checked connections on the back and there was a small battery that had become disconnected plugged it back in and tried booting it up again and it worked but was in german switched it back to english and now it has forgotten all of its feeder data. how can I input feeders I really need this machine up and running for a job we got it used and this is the first job we are running it on i did some testing on it before hand no issues and now this as soon as I am setting up for an actual job. please tell me this isn't a catastrophic problem:(

Has the software been updated by Muller Martini? Had a prima plus ARMYS do the same kind of stuff after we had muller do a software update. Sometimes we would have to use dummy plugs to get pockets to clutch out and in. We would boot the machine up and it would be in german, sometimes it would boot up as if it was a bravo, or a bravo plus, or a prima. It was a nightmare, fought it for years. Had to have the software re-updated by muller.
