Issues with CS6 and Epson Stylus Pro 9800 Help!

*PICS INSIDE* So, I recently installed CS6 (was printing from PS7 and PSE9 previously with no major issues). Now when I went to make a new print, the colour almost looks inverted. I have posted a few pics to see what I mean. I tried opening PS Elements and doing it from there because it had worked before, but now it seems no matter which software I use it is coming out this way, and I reinstalled all the drivers for the printer.

I ran a power cleaning cycle, wasted a ton of ink, and did nothing. Frustrating.
