How to inspect a Ryobi 3302h

Hi all,
I'm going to buy a used Ryobi 3302h offset machine. I don't know much about this machine. I need to know that how to inspect it ? What sholud I look and check in it ? How to test run it ? Its a 1999 model press with chiller. I tried but couldn't find an Engineer to inspect it.

you need to find someone with experience on this machine before you buy. place an ad or something or ask another printer for help to much can be wrong with press.
