How long does it take to change 5th color on 1000?

How long does it really take to change 5th color on 1000 from 0ne color to another?
Do you lose any dry ink in this process?

Five minutes to replace the unit and another five or so for it to run its setups. I've had to do it five times in one day before.

Yes, I agree. 5 minutes spent on the replacement of blocks and 5 minutes the machine executes Image Quality Adjustment.

The trick is to remove the 2 x top screws above the toner bottle (on the machines top lid) This will allow you to leave the toner sitting in the toner dispenser assy and you dont have to remove the toner separately
