xerox DC6060 - paper does not come out - error 9-105 - please help urgently

please help ..
each paper under 200 g/m2 I always stop at the same place .. 250 g/m2 and 300 g/m2 going.
the thinner stalls in half ..
no error do not appear on the screen (except of course: Paper Jam) but because the list of errors I have every time 9-105



any ideas?

 

Do you mean 10-105? If so it is a Fuser Exit Sensor late fault. Check the fuser out to start ensuring that it is clean and HFSI's are all done and that there is enough oil getting to the rolls. Are the two springs still present on the donor rolls. If you place a strip of 100gsm between the donor roll and heat roll at each end there should be resistance to pull it out. Is the web turning and not stuck to the heat roll. This will cause the heat roll to stall

10-105's can also be caused by mistiming from as far back as the feeder fyi

Why would the paper could stop?

 

Here the paper fit every time..

 

Is the paper stuck to the IBT?

Ensure the 2nd BTR detack is connected and the spring is under the detack.
Replace the 2nd BTR

The photo has just appeared. Looks like the 2nd BTR is not functioning correctly as there is still dirt on the ib edge of the roll

2nd problem.. this line..
should be clean dark blue color. in all the colors of the lines are equal across the entire print .. means not tied to a single color ..

 

2nd BTR and gears and possibly motor - replace them, they are worn and not driving the 2nd BTR constantly.

and why did the thick paper passes without problems? 300 gr/m2 goes without any problem ..

on Core Silk paper 300gr to even this line does not appear .. while on woodfree papers can not work ..
