We get this all the time. It is probably a corona (red lines). Try cleaning them then do a calibration. The white dots I have seen too. A tech had to come by and fix those for us. Little things like this happens often with these machines, unfortunately. Always clean and calibrate the machine after every different run. It helps a lot.
