Hello, I am trying to adjust the colour on my bizhub c360.
When i try to print a sample copy, it detects that i have put A4 paper on the glass in the sample area however when I press start it says "place original in sample area. set paper indicated below and press start" (see images)
it doesnt let me select anything and just beeps when i press start. Does anyone have a solution to this? or a reason as to why it happens?
