Which type of machine do you have cptronic or cp2000
If cptronic please Check the swing clamp opening motor, otherwise if it is CP2000 then check the swing clamp opening control cylinder, do this test and let me know

my machine is using CP2000
Thanks for the diagnosis, I disconnected the air tube that feeds a small pneumatic cylinder, which is underneath the first unit on the operating side, so it accepted correct operation....
