Heidelberg M130 chill brake

Does anyone know the proper air pressure setting for my chill brakes? On a e-stop our chills stop dead the copies get torn off the pins causing brutal folder jams. My regulator gauge says 270 psi which I know isn't correct so I backed it off about half way until I get a new gauge. I can't find anything in my manual on it.
