JF44 folder on Heidelberg M130 1 web

hello, for 6 months I have problems with my JF44 folder almost daily breaks nickel mechanical fuses that go into toothed pulley, any ideas?
 
revize and pulleys, keyways, bearings, transmission, etc, but I have not found anything abnormal,
when I can publish pictures of mechanical insurance that are 2 and location
