Harris m130 zero set

I started a new job recently on a m130 I tried to do a ink fountian zero set yesterday and it was a nightmare. Could someone post a couple pages from a m130 manual on how to do a proper zero set I have no manual so I'm really in the dark here. I took the fountian blade cover off to see what's going on. It's a very different from the n9000, m300 and m110 I've worked on in the past. It's a really strange cam system type set up. I think possibly the springs could be weak or parts are just worn. I can make the zero look good then open the entire fountian to 30 percent and nothing moves the same settings are all over the place even if I try to go right back to zero it's like I never zeroed it. Any info would be great.

Without a liner in the fountain get a .005 feeler gauge. A .005/.009 stop go is best option. Open keys to 50% if I remember correctly and set them until you get a slight drag on the feeler gauge. Should be right when you put a liner in after that

Okay I double checked some notes and you need to open all of your keys to 40%. Without a liner in the fountain, open up the front case and use a 13mm to adjust the keys, if you're backing them off you might have to tap with a brass punch and hammer. Use a go-no go .009 feeler gauge and set it to a medium drag. If you don't have a go-no go feeler gauge just use a plain .009 and set them all to the same medium drag. Put your liner in and you should be good to go.
