Heidelberg GTOZ-S52-4 Stops

The machine stops when a sheet goes in currently or lately when it is printing

Clarify machine model. Is it GTO52 or SM52. GTOZ is two color designation, yet you also post “S52-4” in description.

Does it have a stream feeder ? .....that is what the "S" normally signifies

But Danyrton must give us more info about the stops: which sysmbols are on on MID after the stop (early sheet, late sheet, double sheet, etc...) Does your press have a CP Tronic? If so please check the errors in there and send some more pictures or describtion.

Stream feeder GTO's will have CPTronic

Indicates early sheet, but the sheet of paper never reaches the early sheet sensor. But the sheet enters crooked or late, the early sheet still comes out.

Faulty sensor possibly - have you checked for a possible crack obviously after a clean
