Heidelberg CD-74-4+P error about greasing lubrication Modul

As you are probably aware, your delivery greasing system motor has popped its circuit breaker. Preset count to energize greasing cycle has gone over its limit, signaling a fault. Check circuit breaker in main cabinet, run continuity checks to motor, examine pump and reservoir for blockage.

You must turn on the circuit breaker on the cabinet , then make this grease quality ( centoplex glp 500 ) which kind of grease you put on the tank ??

Hi Sir;

Remember, the fact the circuit breaker is tripping, is signal that motor has Overload, need maintenance, and probably the Winding is overheating( NOT burning) , is because the varnish inside, is NOT working more. Time to go the REPAIR SHOP !!!
