Grease fault

Hi everyone i need help this appears in the screen i tried multiple options but nothing works like changing grease to a heavy oil , cleaning the jar
Ps. The machine is not working for few years until now

please restart machine and normally the counter on the right will go back to ´O´. Don´t use other greese than heidelberg originally prefere.(GLP500) Maybe there is a leakage?

Thank you, my friend, for your reply. I've found the problem; someone reversed the sensor wires.
