Hi All,
I have one uncommon problem during the writting process. When a machine writeo files that will be printed , some object that are not exzisting on file are wrotten too.You can see that on the picture below. Have anybody any idea why this happens?

Hello Dragan, which plates are you using? In the past we have a problem with Presstek plates and it was a factory error.

Hello Emilio,
Thank you for your answer. There is not problem with plates - I am using Kodak Clarus plates.
This problem does not happen always, and not on the same unit (sometimes on 2nd, smtms on 3rd or 1st, or both), but always on the same place on that unit. I hope I am explaining my problem well.

Dragan you have trouble with the ink roller, maybe is the third roller plate, check this... some time the ink roller oscillator dont work very well and this dont erase the last image from the ink roller plate, u can check this, the roller plate and blanket, but this happen to me and was the roller plate.

Ahhh please... you are shopping the Kodak clarus... is more cheap, how much is the cost... i need this plate the more cheap possible.. Thank for anye response...

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever figure out what was causing the lines to image?

Each Laser Diode images a swath 20.6mm in width. If the images you see are that width it could be the there is something wrong with the software during imaging. I have never seen this before.
