QMDI Plates problem?

Hi, I have the following problem today this inscription LOTMP1 appeared, and we can not scroll plates for new exposure, neither manually nor automatically. Any ideas where the problem might come from? I would be very grateful.

Yes... is a problem from the LDM... real problem....
