Epson 7600 Overspray

I'm having a problem with my Epson 7600, I have changed the black ink to matt and have been doing some test prints on Somerset velvet using Bill Atkinson profiles and settings.

There seems to be an overlay of dots in horizontal lines. I have done a head clean and nozzle check which comes out OK.

It really looks like roller marks.. or some gripper wheel. I am not really that experience with them but thats my first impression

I don't think it's the rollers, the lines run the wrong way, They are definitely caused by the print head laying down extra ink dots I just can't work out why.

Looks like of like head strikes to me, maybe the paper is too thick?
