Docucolor 2045 error codes 003-315 and 010-314

I have two codes one is 003-315 and the other is 010-314 could some one please help need to know how to get rid of these codes turning machine of and on does not work at all.

You will need Xerox PWS (portable workstation with all xerox docs) in order to clear the faults. The first code indicates a fault communication between the System PWB (powerboard) and the IIT/Pre-IPS PWB. The second indicates fuser belt inboard displacement - check the belt and the belt position sensor.

thank-you so much for your help on this but now there is another code on the machine 009-343 do you think that you could help a old fellow out one more time. If I had a manual I would not be such a pane in the *** If you know of a site where I could get one that would be great thank you again

The pws is property of xerox and is supplied to their tech's. Any others would be illegal to own unfortunetly.

The 9-343 code is your ibt belt home sensor failed. If you have recently took the ibt belt off or replaced it it is possible you put it on backwords. The reflective patch should be on the outboard side facig you. Also the sensor could be dirty and need cleaning or the belt is not tracking properly.

Hello Dragondog,
In order to fix my Fuser issue I had to pull out the entire Fuser Section out of the machine (from service position) and manually move my Fuser Belt to the correct position. I also had to replace the fuser web. Let me know if I can help and explain this further.

Docucolor 2045 Sensor...

Hello all!
My Xerox, Docucolor 2045 does not recognize that a door is shut. I believe this is a sensor problem however, not sure. Does anyone have any ideas for me on how to get around this or fix it?

Cyan missing from print on docucolor 2045

WE have a docucolor 2045 and have replaced the cyan toner and developer, yet PDF prints are coming out with no cyan color in them. There are no error code on the machine. When I run test color patterns from the tools menu cyan shows up on those prints. What could be causing the issue with our normal PDF prints?
