docucolor 2045 cyan issues

Cyan missing from print on docucolor 2045

WE have a docucolor 2045 and have replaced the cyan toner and developer, yet PDF prints are coming out with no cyan color in them. There are no error code on the machine. When I run test color patterns from the tools menu cyan shows up on those prints. What could be causing the issue with our normal PDF prints?

First eliminate a corrupt calibration. Re calibrate and try again

I've ran the color calibration serveral times with the same results.

I re ran the calibration again this morning and now it is saying it can not color calibrate and to call for service. Any ideas what the cause for this error is? As of now our service plan has ran out and are trying to stay on top of the machine ourselves for the most part due to cost.

Do a hard stop and check the IBT and see if cyan is getting laid down. If not then it's an issue with drum, developer or toner drive.
