Communication error between computer console and PQC

Hey guys,

Having an issue with a komori lithrone 40P. The computer that has the KMS software on it is having a problem sending ink key data to the PQC-S. The transfer gets halfway and then errors saying "communication failed, cause unknown". Has anyone had this issue and knows how to fix it? We just turned it back on from it being off over the weekend.

Problem was solved. The RS422 Adapter we were using was replaced with a RS232 male to male cable. So the port that was configured for the PQC to communicate with the computer was not seeing anything.

Could you tell how you made the connection cable pin assignments of between RS232 male to male?

Hello all. Having a similar problem with our LS40P. KMS stopped loading so we reloaded the software but now have no communication to PQC. There is no komori support here in Adelaide, so would be great if someone could talk me through how to fix it. Cheers

Hello. Where is that RS422 cable? Can you share more detailed info? Pls
