cd74 2004 blanket washers

are blanket washers are not cleaning the lead edge of the blanket any more . I tried changing the profile on one just to see if maybe they are worn but did not help. Is there some kinda of timing telling the blanket washers when to start.

no even across but some units are worse than others.

May pay to look at your check valves on the solanoid valves. Sometimes they don't seal properly and the solvent drains back into the tank so the wash cycle starts with no solvent until it starts to pump through again. You can check this by manually activating the solvent and watch the nozzles and see if they come good after a few pumps or repeat a wash after doing the first wash and see if the second wash is good.

yes I looked at those first . they are prime right at the first . doesn't matter how many times you wash lead edge will not clean up. gonna look at the pneumatics like steve f suggested.
