CD102-6+L main pile and auxiliary pile and delivery pile not working

got you. we need to make sure NTK5V input (which is GRM5 output) should be +33V +0.7%/-0.7% (32.769V-33.231V).

we checked DC voltage between 343+ and 343-, it was +33.40V, it was out of tolerance, it should be between +32.769V and +33.231V.so we have to low this voltage somehow. maybe put in big resistor before 343+ , if i know the current for +33V, then i can decide how big resistor we need.

 

I think we are on the right track, tomorrow i will check the current for +33V, then decide the resistor value for temporary fix.

Pls ensure this code resistance is same as of old
If code resistance is change then also you face this problem

I checked resistor value on the old hall sensor board and new one is different, i will put the old resistor into the new hall board. that is reason when we replaced new hall board, the mail pile only working 2-3 second and then hang.

made a mistake, the resistor on new hall board on mail pile motor and old one is the same.
now we are very busy to install new web press until next week, have no time to check this press. i will update the result later.

Looks like problem I was dealing with was taken over. So you know what is going on.

finally we got it fixed, since i was not at plant, i didn't know there was wrong value resistor on main pile hall sensor board, after we replaced it with right value resistor, everything running ok. also we checked the voltage between 343+ and 343- was between +34.04V and 34.4V, it was not in the range +33V 0.7%, it didn't make any issue with press running.
