Hi friends,
I’m working on a press with problem in feeder and delivery main piles. When the power goes out -while the press is printing - and the generator comes on after about three mins and the machine is turned on again, with the feeder main pile tries goes up or down , the feeder main pile itself and the delivery main pile and the delivery auxiliary pile get stuck in no response state without showing any fault in CPC. This problem is not permanent and occurs occasionally. Also, recently this problem occurs during printing and suddenly the feeder main pile and the delivery main and auxiliary pile freeze without causing any errors on CPC.
The feeder main pile drive +60-A41 has three LEDs a green a yellow and a red ones. In normal situation red LED is on and two others are off. When main pile want to move green led turn’s on and red led turn’s off. But just before the faulty state occurs in moving state when the green led is on the red LED blinks irregulary and then green LED turn’s off.
Please advise me what can I do.
Thanks!
I thoroughly checked the topic below and unfortunately the problem was not solved.

What I did:
- I checked the HAK boards and even replaced them with boards from another press.
- I checked 6 damping units and they were OK! Even in faulty state.
- I checked the GRM5 power supply. Output 343 was about 31.4 Vdc and outputs 342 and 341 were about 29.7 Vdc
- I checked the DSCM380 power module and the output voltage was 380 Vdc without any fluctuations.
- I checked the breakers +91-F60 and +91_F70 and there were no problems
- I checked the electric brake behind the motor on the feeder main pile and it was switching on and off properly
- I checked the mechanical connection between the encoder shat and the motor shaft on the feeder main pile, suspecting that the coupling might not be connected properly, and I observed it’s OK!
