C,M,Y,K,and White scratches off plastic Stickers

Dear All,

I have Problem when i print plastic stickers which is scratches or take-off the sheet

i know i should use special ink for foil but i try to use from
1-Epple Uv foil star Sw 60-2506
2-Uv Sicura Litho 900

Please could any one advice me to choice good ink works with foil and plastic without scratches or take-off

Note: i try to print it on heidelberg machine Xl75-6 Combi with three interduk and three uv lamps end of the press

Please check the surface tension on the plastic sheets. It must be above 38 dyne. 40 is ideal.
Also make sure too much fountain solution hasn't been used. This also slows down curing.

as Vinod said it may be adhesion not drying problem, check surface tension.
