A white line appears under words and numbers in a UV printer.

I have a UV printer with an XP 600 printer head. I have a problem when printing. White ink appears under the writing, numbers, and some lines.
I have tried different image formats and high quality showing the same issue.
Can anyone help?

You will need to manually choke the white in the file. Set your other inks to overprint.
Or you can choose to spread your over printing inks.

I had a similar issue with my UV printer. To fix it, I manually choked the white layer in my design file, reducing its size slightly. Then, I set my colors to overprint in the RIP software to fully cover the white. Also, check your print head alignment—it helped me.
