Hey everyone,

I currently use a Funsun A3 3050 UV DT printer. I mostly use it to print logos with this 3D/embossed effect, basically by printing the logo in white a bunch of times to build up height, printing a layer of color, and then printing varnish to give it a smooth, glossy, bubbly feel. The logos turn out pretty good, the only problem is they take soooooooooo long to print. A full bed of logos will take me about 3 hours! Most of that time is the varnish, since I print it at a slower speed and unidirectionally to give the varnish time to settle a bit before being cured. The color is fast enough, but the white is pretty slow as well.

Does anybody else make prints like this on a Funsun or similar UV printer? How long does it take you to get prints and how high to you print them? I go up to about 0.8mm. What kind of settings/techniques do you reccomend? Thanks and I'm happy to answer any questions about my process.
