Air leakage from solenoid valve

Dear senior members,

I'm running CD 74 2002 model.i have the problem with the machine, is leaking too much air from solenoid valve,

How can find out the problem, is it pneumatic cylinder or solonoid valve problem?

How can find out this?

Swap the valve with another unit and you'll see straight away
Sometimes you just need pull the pipe out, cut out a little bit and push it back

Just tell me what's the problem? Which pneumatic cylinder isn't working?

If you'll swap the valves you'll see - if cylinder is working - that's the valve is broken.

I have the problem that, too much air leakage in solonoid valve place, I couldn't find which solonoid valve is leaking, because there's lots of valve.
How can find the leakage valve from the list?

First just check if all the pipes are in place, just push them in one by one. Then check if all valves are tightened enough - there are 2 phillips screw on each.

do you work with the scrollstar of the machine or a separate compressed air installation??
reassure yourself that it is not air escaping from the air chamber behind the air distributors. Do you have this leak in all the groups or only in a single printing group?.
