dampening

Can any one help with the following problem. When running gold or silver and long runs of blue i get a light band about 15cm from grip across the whole sheet and about 15cm down sheet. the press is a gto52 printmaster with ddi dampening.

Hey All, glad to be a new member. i'm running a Gto52 W/Alcolour Damps. recent problem in first unit water form dragging, along with z roller. been playing with pressure setting for to long. We run all polyplates. zipset inks. 6oz 2451fnt. sol about 6% alcohol. Thanks for any suggestions...
