What's the status on this?

I think it's my exit decurler. The press has been jamming in that area a lot for the last two days. I cleaned it off once already. Think the motor is going?

Yea, turned out to be something dumb. This weight and sheet size takes up more consumables than any other paper I've run on. More fuser rolls, more toner, requires the most frequent pinscorotron cleaning, and causes the most problems.

If it never raises then it doesn't think your paper arms are set right. Either the sensors there are malfunctioning or the paper size in the stock database doesn't match what you have in the feeder.

Running 70# 13.25 x 20.5 gloss, page corners are coming out folded about every 5th page. It's jamming my stacker. Wasn't doing this yesterday. No idea what changed.

Does it try to feed the paper or does it say mismatch when the tray raises? If paper tries to feed and then mismatch, transport rollers are going. If not, then it's the sensors on the paper holders that cause the error.

Whenever I try to run auto color quality on the free flow I get "sensor has timed out". The curious thing is, there are no errors on the PSIP and I don't see any color issues on the prints so far. I just run auto color quality ever morning, but now it won't run at all. I've already tried...

Yea, we've been using it. I even cleaned out the fuser fluid reservoir, because it looked really gross. Still didn't have much effect.

Have flipped the metering blade already. It wasn't damaged or warn when I did either. I guess I can look into changing the metering roll. I'll try anything at this point. We need these fuser rolls to last longer.

Replaced the wick multiple times. Never the metering roll. How do you tell when it goes bad? It doesn't have any signs of damage on it.

No, there's no filters flagged as red in the HFSI. As long as I've been running this machine I've never had to deal with the pre-ozone filter.

I have noticed that feeder 1 doesn't always come up on initial boot of the press modules. I end up having to restart the Xerox program and turn both feeders on and off sometimes to get it to come up on the boot sequencer. Could this be the cause of the problem? All of the electrical noise...
