Print as image usually help with transperancy problems. You find it in acrobat proffesional when you want to submit your print job, you choose options to open the print driver, but click advanced to activate print as image.

Is it a fault you can reset? I would log in as PSP, get in intrusive diagnostics -> fuser components -> fuser lamps -> this will disable fuser lamp control, get out of intrusive and try resume printing. I have a lot of fuser related problems, i always have to reset them in 10b with fuser lamp...

I would try to print it as image, when you have set up your settings with the igen3 driver in adobe try press advanced and set a flag in print as image. Or do like peels says, flatten.

Sinistersmoose, i calibrate my xerox digital prints approx every 4 hour, its actually not that suprising. Even our new xerox CP800 needs to be calibrated that often.

Hmm im sorry to say, ive been operating igen3 for about 4 years and often print on 350g multiart silk 36x51 stock, i still have problem with toner rub off, try rubbing a clean sheet against another clean sheet, you can see the surface getting ruined. I think its bound to happen on silk stocks.

I wouldnt dare risk putting a lamp wich have been contaminated for some reason into the fuser again, once we had a fuser shortcut because of the connection wire was old and somehow the wire got in contact with the fuser drawer, it costed us almost a week of downtime..
