Martini FK IV

Hello, I already own two machines like yours. There is a lever on the left side used to change the stitch pattern; I can send you photos showing the step-by-step process for changing the stitch type. I am also looking for documentation for this machine—if you could email it to me, I would be very grateful. My email address is: trabelsimedali@hotmail.fr. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hello!
It would be a great help if you could share some photos showing the step-by-step process for making adjustments...

Does the type of stitch also depend on the type of "finger" (or guide) located beneath the tray where the paper signature is placed? I’m referring to the part that carries the thread to the hook.

Do you have any idea why my machine isn't punching through the spine (the fold) of the signature? I suspected that these parts were worn out, so I had new ones made, but after installing them, I found that the same problem persists.

You may need to adjust the height of the gripper shaft under the saddle to make sure that the punch needles are raised high enough to make it through the signature seated on the saddle. Send me your email and I will send you the manuals.

That’s excellent. If you could send photos for changing the stitching pattern I would be greatly appreciative. Would you be able to send them soon? I’ll send you the manuals now. I’m mostly interested in figuring out how to make it so the FK-IV doesn’t do the on-and-off stitch and seeing what your grippers (the loopers under the saddle) look like. Thank you so much.

    Hello! Thank you very much!

    My email address is: omarelemendoza@gmail.com

I’ll be in my workshop this afternoon; I’m going to upload the photos for our colleague Vladimir, and while I’m at it, I’ll also upload some photos showing how the stitching looks on the booklets.

This is my problem—any ideas on how I can solve it?
