Assuming rollers are set correct, water and ink, check your water mixture. Read the label, start with recommended mix. Check your alcohol mix. Should be around 8 to 10 percent. Also your inks cannot be too soft. Easy check put some ink between thumb and forefinger. Tap together and pull apart...

Maybe it needs lubricating . Possible it backed out too far and exited the adjuster..I would pull everything out and start over. Don't be afraid to set all settings on th lighter side. Instead of 4 or 5 mm try 3 to 4. Make sure everything is backed out equally. Get some kind of penetrating...

If you look at end of motor which has a flexible end cap and can remove it you will find the brake mechanism. Possibly just needs cleaned and lubricating. Worth a try.

Hey guys having an issue with compressor reaching kickout point. kicks off when starting press but cannot keep up, also only reaches 8.5 bar. does drain water when kicks off. I'm thinking leak somewhere in press but I cannot detect any or hear any leaks. Any ideas?

Got it, a breaker was thrown that apparently powers the motor function. I forgot the red bar signals all is well. It was in green position which I thought was good to go. Thanks

Screen looks normal except for that the press degrees are not there. Also as I stated the voltage is low fluctuating between 2 and 5. I suspect main power board problem.
