Why would a polar 92E keep breaking shear bolts. Knife angles OK, blade changed often. Not cutting too deep. Material ok. It's baffling

Press bar pressure may be too high for the material you are cutting.
There are 2 different shear bolts there is one with a drilled hole in the bolt and one with a inserted edge
