Polar Mohr 92E error 130

    Hi everybody
    Problem (Error 130)
    I'm am a printer in Europe and we have a cutter Polar Mohr 92E
    Sometimes the press stay down
    And the blade don't goes down and appears on the srceen left right 3 message:
    1/ interrupted cutting circuit ( 132 ) (stay, can read)
    2/ interrupted cut ( 117 ) (stay, can read)
    3/ in center of the screen in a red window : safety bolt locked ( 130 ) i must record it in video to see cause the message don't stay.

    What is tis error code ?
    Can you help me ?

    Hi,
    These errors are quite difficult to diagnose but the most important error is 130. Follow these instructions but you need to have a technician on the machine. It not easy to figure it out by yourself if you have no experience.
    ERROR 130 Safety-Bolt locking:
    This message indicates that during active cut (knife between upper and lower dead centre) or after the start of a cut (if the knife is to be activated) the safety rocker switch for the knife bar is not in safety position "knife bar enabled". For this purpose, a proximity switch at the safety rocker switch is connected with the input of board SK95 to allow detection. The error message is indicated when the cutting position "knife bar enabled" is activated, but the Safety-Bolt has not reached the unlocked Position after a waiting time of 2 seconds.
    Remedy:
    -
    Check function and position of proximity switch
    - Check SK 95 and replace, if necessary
    - Check cabling SB
    - Check mechanical stiffness of safety rocker switch- Switching time can be checked in menue "knife gearbox - control"
    - Check light barrier

    fIX IT : - Check function and position of proximity switch B. SBE + B. SBA
    - Check / replace SK 95- board.
    - Check cabling of B. SBE + B. SBA
    - Check mechanical stiffness of safety rocker switch
    - Switching time can be checked in menue "knife gearbox - control"
    - Check light barrier
    - Check safety bolt fixture.

    i see codes but i have no ones

    the menu in only for service personal.

    I check
    - function and position of proximity switch B. SBE + B. SBA = OK orange light apear on it . All screw are screwed, nothing move
    - B. SBE + B. SBA cable = OK see nothing (i don't do electrical continuity test, is it necessery ? )
    - mechanical stiffness of safety rocker switch = OK move free and go up kickly
    - light barrier = OK (i test them every week)
    - safety bolt fixture = OK

    I must check SK95 board and shifting time between SBE and SBA

    1) OK see nothing (i don't do electrical continuity test, is it necessary ? ) Do electrical continuity with the DMM.

    2) mechanical stiffness of safety rocker switch = OK move free and go up kickly; Do the electrical continuity with the DMM

    3) Safety bolt, please LUBE with Graphite, this is a Big secret!! Do it.

    4) function and position of proximity switch B. SBE + B. SBA = OK orange light appears on it : ADJUST SENSORS 0.8"mms For GAP!!!!

    5)SK95 Status basic LED YELLOW in electronic board SK 95

    LED V73 „yellow NC contact right-hand cut button ON
    LED V74 „yellow NC contact left-hand cut button ON
    LED V71 yellow Safety lever in blocking position (B SB e) ON

    Since 1 month the Error 130 do not apear. Why ?

    But I still wanted to check as you wrote to me.

    So i have check all cable with DMM between connectors SK15 SK9 behind the electronics cards. (B-SBE/A , Rocker electromagnet , switch contact left and right hand)
    I pulled and twisted the wires during the measurement and all is good. No disconnection DMM always beeeeep .
    I change the safety bolt and grease the new one with Graphite grease.
    I adjust gap between B-SBE / B-SBA and the metal part on the rocker.
    I use contact cleaner spray on SK95 card connector and others connectors.

    I run it and look LED V73 V74 V71. and change to V76 V75 and V72.

    Now we have another problem, but i think it's could be the same or near .

    Sometimes the press stay down and the blade don't go down ou goes down and stop , and we must use tools to put the blade at the upper level.
    8x in 1 hour , and sometime nothing during 48h.
    No red error message appear, Only the green message 117 cutting interrupted.

    New symptoms:
    When i want to cut, i push the pedal first the press goes down
    after i push left and right cutting button i hear hydraulics but the blade dont goes down.
    But when i try using only left and right button the press goes down and the blade goes down and cut normaly.
    ????

    Hi sir;

    My apologize for reply later, but was a problem with my Internet

    1) please test both Cut buttons, for loose wires, or defective cut button, test in continuity, and false contacts, for N.O +N.C Switch. and replace it.

    2) However Please Bleed the system, i see, that problem, can be Hydraulic, refill the recipient with Hydraulic oil, recommend for Polar, and clean the filter, and then see if completely full , and bleed respectively, carefully.

    I allready test both cut buttons NO NC and all is clear.
    I check also the clutch; gap 0.7mm and clean it.
    i also check belts too

    I think too it's an hydraulic problem, perhaps Y33 ....

    Ok, however did You Bleeding hydraulic as I did indicated?

    You must do it! . Otherwise you think?? That Is Not troubleshooting.ok

    Yes sir I'm going to do it. Yes I'm convinced that I must do this before more investigation.
    New oil from Polar list is order.
    I will tell you more next time.

    Hi everybody.
    I wish you a happy new year 2022 and good health.

    So, i do it with Mobil Nuto H46 since 4 days.
    Today it work. But at this time we don't use it intensively.

    I will tell you more next time if error appear.

    So after 1 month it work but sometime (very rare) the blade don't cut immediatly (the led on board are normal for left & right button, and B-SBE/A)
    We have too: message 470 (wind knife up manualy)
    So sometimes the blade's complete cycle is interupted, why ? board ? angle encoder ?

    No more error message.
